HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 823 OF 2006 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 02.08.2006 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, in I.A. No.712 of 2006 in O.S. No.203 of 2006.

On verification, it is learnt that the suit in O.S. No. 203 of 2006 was settled in Lok Adalat on 12.03.2009. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
