When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that this writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the 1st respondent in deleting his name from the selection list, and on 9.6.2005, this Court issued an interim direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner as Driver, and in view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed with an observation that no further orders are necessary in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 9.6.2005. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
