JUDGMENT

(Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justce Sarish Chand.a Shd-mo./ The present writ appeal is arising out of the order dated 2O.O7 .2012 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.21983 of 2012.

The undisputed facts of the case reveal that the appellant/ writ petitioner came up before the learned Single Judge for issuance of a writ, order or direction to the respondents not to disconnect the electricity connection. The dispute was that the appellant/ writ petitioner was utilising the electricity from the service connection which was undisputedly in the name of landlady and in those circumstances, the writ petition was dismissed holding that she is not entitled to use the eiectricity connection which is in respect of some other person. The present writ appeal has been preferred in the matter and this Court on 71.12.2012 has directed the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh Central Power Distribution Company to grant a fresh electricity connection to the appellant/writ petitioner.

In the light of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ appeal and the same stands disposed of accordinglY'
