BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 38840 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the writ petition is filed, the alleged detenue is produced before the concerned Magistrate and detenue is in judicial custody. Having regard to the subsequent production of the detenue before the learned Magistrate, the learned counsel does not press the writ petition. Writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
