THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9889 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.3 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in crime No.100 of 2015 of P.S., Chevella, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 417 and 420 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioners herein is that they have collected huge amounts from various persons by promising them to provide the Government jobs and later, they have absconded. This Court is of the view that the petitioners, after collecting the amounts, left the place and they are not attending even the phone calls also, which clearly indicates that they have cheated the persons, who have given the amounts to the petitioners. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein.
