When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that during pendency of the writ petition, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide order dated 16.7.2018.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 16.7.2018. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
