HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 707 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 29.5.2006 passed by the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in I.A.No. 85 of 2006 in O.S.No. 22 of 2006.

As seen from the record, the information pertaining to the status of the case revealed that O.S.No. 22 of 2006 was already disposed of on 7.3.2008. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
