THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10057 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in harassing the petitioners by calling them to the police station frequently and detaining them in the police station without therebeing any crime.

Learned Government Pleader, on oral instructions, submits that the petitioners were not required in any crime and the petitioners are not being called to the police station as alleged in the affidavit. In view of the denial of the allegations of the petitioners, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
