THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1797 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 19.04.2018, in W.P.No.9048 of 2018.

This Court, while admitting the Writ Petition, directed the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 16.02.2018, which was made through online Mee Seva Centre forthwith.

Based on the counter-affidavit, learned Government Pleader for Assignment (AP) submits that the request of the petitioner vide application, dated 16.02.2018, through Mee-seva for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, was rejected through online on 21.02.2018 itself and an intimation of refusal was sent through SMS to his Mobile Number 9703441500; and that suppressing the same, the present Contempt Case is filed. He further submits that there is no disobedience of the order of this Court so as to punish the respondent.
