HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 1023 of 2006 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the decree and order dated 11.09.2006 passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Tirupathi, in I.A.No. 56 of 2006 in O.S.No. 18 of 2006.

As seen from the record, the IV Additional District Judge, Tirupathi, vide his letter dated 7.6.2016 informed that O.S.No. 18 of 2006 was dismissed for default on 30.01.2012. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
