HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.702 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.10 of 2013 from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Manthani, and transfer the same to Family Court, Warangal.

2. Wife filed this petition and according to her affidavit, her marriage was performed with respondent-husband on 06.05.2009 and they were blessed with a child in the year 2010 and later respondent started harassing her on flimsy grounds and thereafter he filed F.C.O.P.No.10 of 2013 before Senior Civil Judge, Manthani for divorce. She contended that she is now taking shelter in her parent's house at Warangal and the distance between Warangal and Manthani is about 160 kms. and she being a lady, it is difficult for her to travel from Warangal to Manthani with a small female child, therefore, she prayed for transfer of F.C.O.P.No.10 of 2013 from Manthani to Warangal.

3. Respondent in spite of service of notice neither appeared in person nor through any Advocate.

4. Heard arguments.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the convenience of wife, F.C.O.P.No.10 of 2013 is withdrawn from Senior Civil Judge, Manthani, and transferred to Family Court, Warangal, for disposal in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, transfer C.M.P. is ordered. No costs.

7. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
