THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.986 OF 2006 ORDER:
This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed by the appellantsplaintiffs under Order XLIII Rule 1 of CPC, assailing the order dated 16.2.2006 passed in I.A. No.1555 of 2005 in O.S.No.139 of 2005 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 3.
At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the appellants is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit as early as possible. In view of the said submission, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. 4.
Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous appeal is disposed of. The learned II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.139 of 2005 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
