This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C seeking to withdraw Arb.O.P.No.3018 of 2017 pending on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the II Additional District Court, Vijayawada, to be tried along with Arb.O.P.No.114 of 2018.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for both parties in one voice submitted that Arb.O.P.No.3018 of 2017 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad may be transferred to the II Additional District Court, Vijayawada in view of pendency of Arb.O.P.No.114 of 2018.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

In the result, the petition is allowed, Arb.O.P.No.3018 of 2017 pending on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is withdrawn from the file of the said court and is transferred to the II Additional District Court, Vijayawada for disposal in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
