Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. With the consent of parties, the Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

The petitioner is a fair price shop dealer of F.P.Shop No.7, Anaparthi Village and Mandal, East Godavari District. While so, the shop was inspected in the month of October, 2013, and the fifth respondent issued a notice as to why the authorization of the petitioner should not be cancelled. By proceedings dated 14.11.2013, the fifth respondent cancelled the authorization of the petitioner. Challenging the proceedings dated 14.11.2013, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the fourth respondent, who, by his order dated 31.01.2014, upheld the order of the fifth respondent. Against the same, the petitioner preferred a revision to the third respondent and the third respondent, by order dated 09.07.2014, confirmed the order of the fourth respondent. Against the order of the third respondent, the petitioner is said to have preferred a revision to the second respondent wayback on 06.09.2014. As the said revision has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In view of pendency of revision before the second respondent, this Court is not inclined to examine the merits of the case. However, the second respondent is directed to take up the revision filed by the petitioner, against the order of the third respondent dated 09.07.2014, conduct an enquiry and pass final orders within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
