THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10420 of 2013 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents seizing the vehicle of the petitioner bearing No.AP-15-Y-4905 is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st respondent to release the petitioner's vehicle bearing No.AP-15-Y-4905 and grant such other relief as it deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that the subject vehicle is already released to the petitioner and no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 4.
Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 5.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
