THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.C.No.422 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 04.11.2016 in W.P.M.P.No.46746 of 2016 in W.P.No.37943 of 2016.

In the said order, this Court directed the petitioner to submit a representation to the 2nd respondent for grant of Special Grade Increment to him and the 2nd respondent was directed to take a decision thereon within four weeks.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that on 23.3.2017 the 2nd respondent passed orders rejecting the representation of the petitioner. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, I am satisfied that the delay occurred for bonafide reasons. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 23.03.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent, the contempt case is closed. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
