In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.286 of 2014 of Humayun Nagar P.S, Hyderabad, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 506, 120B r/w 34 IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. 2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 16.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Humayun Nagar P.S, Hyderabad City and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.201 of 2016 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioners.
