This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 23.8.2011 in I.A. No.2178 of 2008 in O.S. No.2089 of 2007 on the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

As per the Office note, the suit was disposed of on 20.10.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the trial court disposed of the suit.
