THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.755 of 2016 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein therefore pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction especially in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondents No.4 and 5 in interfering in the civil disputes, calling the petitioner to the police station, threatening to implicate in false cases, and threatening to get settle the civil dispute with private individuals, is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and Art 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.4 and 5 not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and private individuals and pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper."

By order dated 06.01.2016, this Court directed the police authorities not to call the petitioner to the police station in the light of the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Guntur, in Crl.M.P.No.2048 of 2015 or interfere in any pending civil disputes The Inspector of Police, Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur Urban District, filed a counter-affidavit, wherein he stated that the police authorities never interfered in any civil disputes of the petitioner with regard to financial transactions and he was never called to the police station or made to sit there. The allegations made to the contrary by the petitioner were denied.

In the light of the afore-stated stand of the police authorities, which is duly taken on record, no adjudication is called for in this writ petition.

Sri T.V. Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, is also agreeable to the disposal of the writ petition recording the stand of the

police authorities.
