HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3808 of 2014 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 25.09.2014 in I.A.No.273 of 2014 in R.C.No.92 of 2014 on the file of the IV Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.01.2017 and 19.01.2017. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of the matter being listed under the said caption, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
