This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... to issue an appropriate court order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.2 in not taking any decision in respect of representation dated 20.09.2021 made by the Petitioners as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to fundamental rules, violation of Article 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and .....". 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, M/s. Pillix Law Firm, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
