Sri Ramesh Bura, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to prosecute W.P.No.3163 of 2020. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
