THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27911 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise.

The alleged interference of respondent Nos.3 to 5 with the day to day business activities of the petitioner under the guise of Cr.No.71/2017 registered on the file of the Station House Officer, Macherla Prohibition & Excise Station-fifth respondent herein is under challenge in the present Writ Petition. Today, when the matter is taken up, written instructions dated 26.08.2017 furnished by the Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Narasaraopet Guntur District-fourth respondent herein, have been placed on record. In the said instructions, apart from other things, it is stated as follows: "Further it is submitted that the neither the licensee nor workers of the said Rest. & Bar was never called to the O/o SHO, P & E Station, Macherla and the staff P & E Department also sneither interfere in the day to day administration of M/s Lakshmi Rest. & Bar, Macherla nor insisted to close the bar under the guise of above registered case".

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said written instructions may be placed on record and the Writ Petition can be disposed of.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing the written instructions, dated 26.08.2017, furnished by the Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Narasaraopet Guntur District-fourth respondent herein.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
