HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7367 of 2018 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since during the course of investigation, the case was transferred to WPS, Saroornagar, and re-registered as Crime No.109 of 2018 and during investigation, as Section 494 of IPC was not established against the petitioner/A.2, her name was deleted and after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed against A.1 only, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
