THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2881 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-A.1 to A.3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in FIR No.38 of 2016 on the file of S.H.O., Hussaini Alam Police Station, Hyderabad for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 307, 427 r/w 149 IPC. Heard.

On perusal of the entire material available on record, prima facie there are some allegations as against the petitioners and truth or otherwise of the said allegations can be ascertained by the investigating agency during the course of investigation and this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in the said crime at this stage. However, the petitioners are at liberty approach the Court seeking anticipatory bail raising the grounds which are now raised in this petition.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed with the above observation. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
