This Civil Revision Petition under Section 115 of C.P.C is filed against the order dated 06.04.2005 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Palakol, in I.A.No.417 of 2003 in O.S.No.29 of 1995, whereby the application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of the delay in filing the L.R Petition, was dismissed. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was disposed of on 06.04.2005.

In view of disposal of the main suit, the subject matter of this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
