THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4779 of 2010 ORDER:

Sri S. Balchand, learned counsel for the revision petitioners, filed a memo stating that revision petitioner Nos.2 to 10, who are the legal representatives of the deceased revision petitioner No.1, have not been instructing him and, as such, he reports no instructions. Learned counsel for the respondent is present. When such is the situation, it has to be viewed that the revision petitioners are not inclined to prosecute the present revision petition. Further more, the subject suit relates to the year 2007 and the same is still pending on the file of X Additional Senior Civil Judge, (FTC) City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed. No order as to costs.
