THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.M.A.Nos.786, 742 & 743 OF 2014 COMMON JUDGMENT:

These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 challenging the orders, dated 03.12.2013, passed in I.A.Nos.574, 576 and 575 of 2013 in O.S.Nos.632, 633 and 631 of 2013 respectively on the file of the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, whereunder and whereby, petitions filed by the appellants herein/plaintiffs under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 C.P.C. for ad interim injunction seeking to restrain the respondents/defendants from interfering into the residential plots mentioned therein situated in Survey Nos.316/1, 317/1 and 318 of Chandanagar Village, Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, were dismissed.

2. Since the subject property in all these appeals relates to same survey numbers, these appeals are being disposed of by way of this common judgment.

3. The appellants herein/plaintiffs filed the aforementioned suits for declaration and permanent injunction.

Pending suits, the aforementioned Interlocutory Applications were filed for ad interim injunction and the same were dismissed. Aggrieved thereby, the plaintiffs preferred the present appeals.

4. Learned counsel appearing for both parties stated that several suits were filed in respect of different plots in the same suit survey numbers and when the Court below has granted injunction, some of the parties in the concerned suits approached this Court by way of filing C.M.A.Nos.407 and 502 of 2015, and this Court has disposed of the C.M.As with a direction to the parties to maintain status quo with regard to possession in all respects and further directed the trial Court

to dispose of the suit itself as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of with a direction to the parties to maintain status quo with regard to possession in all respects and further, the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar is directed to dispose of O.S.Nos.632, 633 and 631 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in these appeals shall stand closed.
