This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 29.08.2016 passed in I.A.No.546 of 2016 in O.S.No.138 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Sangareddy.

As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.138 of 2006 on 01.08.2017. In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
