HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.10483 of 2010 ORDER:

Petitioner is a Field Assistant challenges the order dated 28.04.2010, where under he was suspended. This Court, on 30.04.2010, directed that if there is no suspension order as on that date, he should be allowed to work in terms of his appointment order. This order was initially valid up to 15.06.2010. On 14.06.2010, the interim order was extended until further orders. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is continuing in service as on today. In view of the same and having regard to the fact that the orders of suspension was issued on 28.04.2010, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in service, if no disciplinary action was taken, which resulted in imposing major punishment and subject to fulfillment of all other conditions of service.
