Sri M.Sivananda Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 09.12.2016 to the Registry seeking withdrawal of the writ petition.

In view of the letter addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. It is made clear that the interim order granted by this Court stands vacated automatically.
