Such relief cannot be entertained by this Court under Article 226 of the constitution of India. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil court. Writ petition is dismissed with the observation above. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
