THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4592 of 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order and decree dated 04.07.2014 in C.M.A.No.45 of 2011 on the file of the XIV Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court) City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has become infructuous and prays to dismiss the same.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
