ORDER

Sri P.Sridhar Rao, who is appointed as Amicus Curie, submits that challenging the suspension order dated 29.4.2003 issued by the 2nd respondent and for payment of salary preceding his suspension order and also subsistence allowance, the petitioner filed the present writ petition and during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation.

Having regard to the said submission and in the facts and circumstances of the case, ends of justice would be met if a direction is given to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents seeking payment of salary as well as subsistence allowance.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents seeking payment of salary as well as subsistence allowance. On receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider his case and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
