In this Writ Petition, the petitioner's grievance is that respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not issued final decree certificate of B.Tech course undergone by petitioner in the 4th respondent College.

Learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent Sri V.Ramachandra Goud has handed over to the learned counsel for petitioner the original degree certificate of B.Tech of petitioner in Court.

Therefore the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
