HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRL.M.P.Nos.7411 AND 7412 of 2015 AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.6598 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.102 of 2014 of Hindupur Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for respondents.

Pending the Criminal Petition, the de facto complainant filed petitions seeking permission of the Court to compound the offence.

A1 is sister of A2 and the defacto complainant is A2's late wife's brother. A1 filed special vakalat and permitted to represent through special vakalat holder from the supporting affidavit of her physical inability to appear. A2 and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant are present before the Court and they are identified by their respective counsel and filed affidavit stating that they amicably settled the matter outside the Court at the intervention of elders. It is the submission by the learned counsel that the abatement to commit suicide not made out and for the welfare of children of the deceased sister of the de facto complainant, the parties intend to compromise the matter. Hence, permission to be accorded to compound the offence.

Having regard to the said circumstances, the complainant

is permitted to compound the offence with the accused pending criminal petition before this Court.

Accordingly, Crl.M.P.Nos.7411 and 7412 of 2015 are ordered and the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in crime No.102 of 2014 of Hindupur Police Station, Anantapur District.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
