Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Cooperation for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner in this Writ Petition has questioned notice dt.2610-2015 of No Confidence Motion issued by 3rd respondent fixing 13-11-2015 as the date of the meeting in which the same would be considered.

Petitioner contends that some of the persons who had expressed No Confidence in him had been subsequently disqualified under Section 21-G of the AP Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 (for short 'the Act') and that some signatures on the letter addressed by some of the Managing Committee Members, on the basis of which the impugned notice was issued, were forged.

Learned Government Pleader states that the petitioner has remedy under Section 76 of the Act to approach the Cooperative Tribunal and that the petitioner should avail the said remedy. This is not disputed by petitioner.

Since an effective alternative remedy under Section 76 of the Act is available to the petitioner to challenge the impugned notice, the petitioner is directed to avail the said alternative remedy.

So tphe Writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy under Section 76 of the Act. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
