This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the application of the petitioner dated 12-12-2015 for grant of E-pass books.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that application dated 12-12-2015 filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
