This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC challenging the orders dated 20.03.2012 in E.P.No.38 of 2012 in O.S.No.373 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal.

As per the office note, E.P.No.38 of 2012 was dismissed as not pressed on 21.03.2013.

In view of the office note, the purpose of filing of this revision petition has become infructuous.
