HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.9553 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to modify the order dated 10.08.2017 passed in Crl.M.P. No.314 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.857 of 2017 on the file of the XIII Additional Sessions Judgecum-Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District (for short, 'the Court below'), wherein, the Court below while suspending the sentence of imprisonment passed by the trial Court in C.C. No.193 of 2016 dated 12.07.2017, directed the petitionerappellant-accused to deposit 25% of compensation amount of Rs.10,40,666/-.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that 25% of the compensation amount of Rs.10,40,666/-, as directed by the Court below, is deposited by the petitioner-appellant-accused. Therefore, nothing survives to modify the impugned order dated 10.08.2017 passed in Crl.M.P. No.314 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.857 of 2017 by the Court below. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall also stand dismissed.
