When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the subsequent developments, the relief sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous and sought liberty to file a fresh writ petition as and when fresh cause of action arises.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, with the liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
