Ch.Sunil, v. The State Of Telangana,

2016-07-29M.S.Ramachandra Rao2 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22121 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's daughter Vinodini had gone missing, that petitioner had lodged complaint before the 3rd respondent Police Station on 25-06-2016 and 01-072016 and that the 3rd respondent is not making any efforts to trace the petitioner's daughter. It is also alleged by petitioner that his daughter was enticed by 4th respondent and taken away.

2.

On a direction issued by this Court on 21-072016, the respondent Nos.1 to 3, through learned Government Pleader for Home, have produced the daughter of petitioner before this Court today. 3.

Both the petitioner as well as the daughter of petitioner clearly stated that petitioner's daughter has completed 18 years of age on 25-03-2016.

4.

The daughter of petitioner states that she went with the 4th respondent willingly and that she wants to stay with 4th respondent only. The petitioner, however, insists that the daughter of petitioner be sent with the petitioner and his

wife. The daughter of petitioner is unwilling to go with petitioner and his wife and states that she fears of her life, if she goes with the petitioner.

5. Since the daughter of petitioner has been traced and produced in the Court, and since she is safe and sound and is unwilling to go with the petitioner, this Court is not in a position to grant any relief to the petitioner. 6.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

7. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
