The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 19.03.2016 to 3rd respondent for mutation of his name in the Revenue Records with respect to the subject land, but the 3rd respondent is not taking any action.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's application dt.19.03.2016 in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.19.03.2016 in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
