HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.7284 of 2008 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning Section 4(1) notification dated 15.02.2008, issued by respondent No.3, intending to acquire petitioner's property of an extent of Ac.3.13 cents in Sy.No.269/1, Bommidi Village, Unguturu Mandal, West Godavari District.

Today, when the matter has come up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition passed on the written instructions dated 14.11.2017 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Eluru stating that the Tahsildar, Unguturu Mandal reported that another extent of Ac.4.03 cents of land in R.S.No.92/7of Bommidi Village, which is nearer to the Village, has been acquired with consent and that the subject lands are not required for providing house sites. Based on the written instructions of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Eluru, dated 14.11.2017 that the subject lands which are sought to be acquired in the present writ petition are not required for providing house sites, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
