HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9716 & 9717 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8997 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.84 of 2017 of M.R. Palli Police Station, Tirupati, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A)(1)(ii)(iii) & 354 IPC and Section 66(E)(a)(b)(c) Information & Technology Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
