Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has approached the 5th respondent on 13.03.2015 seeking survey of the land claimed by him and that 5th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

3. In WP.No.6690 of 2016 dt.03.03.2016, this Court has held that there is no impediment for conducting survey of private lands by the survey authorities attached to the Revenue Department of the State Government.

4. For reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the 5th respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the land claimed by petitioner after giving notice to all the affected parties, including petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
