Heard the counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, a brief note, furnished by the Station House Officer, Prohibition & Excise, Kalwakurthythird respondent herein to the learned Government Pleader, is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The relevant portion of the said brief note reads as under: "It is submitted that, earlier the petitioner herein has involved in two cases vide C.O.R.No.56 of 2017, dated 07.04.2017, and P.C.O.R.No.144 of 2017, dated 12.09.2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Prohibition & Excise, Kalwakurthy for illegal transportation of jaggery. In both cases petitioner was shown as accused No.1 and the cases were pending before the competent Court. It is further submitted that, now the respondents never interfere in the petitioner business".

Having regard to the contents of the above brief note, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above said brief note/instructions. However, it is open for the respondents herein to proceed in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
