The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not restoring the increments to the petitioner, on par with all other similarly situated employees, vide proceedings dated 29.04.2013, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition, since the impugned proceedings dated 29.04.2013, are implemented. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
