Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned standing counsel for the 4th respondent submits that in view of the pendency of election proceedings in O.P.No.2 of 2019, the authorities would not be proceeding further on the basis of the notice dated 20.11.2019.

Recording the said submission of the learned standing counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
