THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37684 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in registering crime against the representatives of the company M/ s.Pride India Limited, basing on the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.08.2015, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The main grievance of the petitioner is that he lodged a complaint against the representatives of M/ s.Pride India Limited, since they are involved in many illegal activities and causing great harm to the innocents through their dubious and deceptive business practices, before Station House Officer, Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad - 3rd respondent on 27.08.2016, but the 3rd respondent is not registering a case against the said persons.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to register a case against the persons, against whom the petitioner made complaint vide complaint, dated 14.07.2015, if the said complaint discloses any cognizable offence, and investigate into the same and file a final report if any. If the 3rd respondent fails to register the case, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the superior officer of 3rd respondent and also to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J November 03, 2016.
